It has been assumed that the food processing industry is located in Denmark. Ingredients for beef lasagna and bechamel sauce from two home-cooking recipes (Puck 2020; Pequerecetas 2020). Manufacturing energy assumed as in lamb shank ready meal in DEFRA (2009). Amount of ingredients multiplied by 1.03 to account for manufacturing losses.
