It has been assumed that the food processing industry is located in Denmark. Recipe from home cooking recipe, calculated to include mass losses (water evaporation) during cooking (Alletiders Kogebog 2020). Energy for manufacturing assumed as in lamb shank ready meal by DEFRA (2009). Includes energy and emissions for freezing, taken from Agribalyse data set on beef freezing (ADEME 2020c).
