It has been assumed that the food processing industry is located in Denmark. Recipe from Arla Foods (ARLA 2020a). It excludes the eggs, as these do not seem to be included in the commercial product. Manufacturing assumed as in lamb shanks ready meal from DEFRA (2009). Retail is modelled assuming the following storage: Ambient.
