It has been assumed that the food processing industry is located in Denmark. Beef meat as input, no losses assumed during roasting. This is justified by the fact that the dry mass of the product and that of raw beef seems to be similar. Energy consumption is assumed as in home cooking from Schmidt-Rivera and Azapagic (2019).
