Detailed background data

It has been assumed that the food processing industry is located in Denmark. Based on canned tuna products, declaring 65% tuna and 35% sauce (Open food Facts 2020o). The sauce is coarsely modelled based on a commercial tomato sauce (Open Food Facts 2020n). Inputs for manufacturing are assumed as in canned tuna from Hospido et al. (2006).
