It has been assumed that the food processing industry is located in Denmark. Ingredients are assumed 13% spinach and 73% wheat flour, as detailed by CONCITO. Egg content from Open Food Facts (2020af), remainder is modelled as water. Energy use assumed as in dry pasta production from Bevilacqua et al. (2007).
