It has been assumed that the food processing industry is located in Denmark. Approximated with the same sources as fiskeboller (Arctic Grub 2013; Letkoeb 2020; ADEME 2020j), excluding brine. The reference flow is adjusted accordingly. Retail is modelled assuming the following storage: Cooled.
