Data on inputs and outputs of the food processing industry is modelled using: Data source on edible portion: FAO (1989). The Feed Conversion Rate is drawn from Fry JP et al. (2018). Data on electricity for aquaculture are obtained from Pelletier and Tyedmers (2010).
