Detailed background data

It has been assumed that the food processing industry is located in Denmark. Ingredients are based on a recipe for a commercial product in Open Food Facts (2020m). Manufacturing data (energy consumption, etc.) are assumed as in chocolate spread, reported by Miah et al. (2018). Ingredients are assumed to be wasted by 3%.
