Detailed background data

It has been assumed that the food processing industry is located in Denmark. Based on ingredients listed in a commercial product reported in Open Food Facts (2020e). The only ingredients considered are milk, cocoa and sugar. Manufacturing energy assumed as in Milk production, as the arithmetic average of several studies (Hospido et al. 2003; Djekic et al. 2014; González-García et al. 2013b).
