It has been assumed that the food processing industry is located in Denmark. Ingredients are assumed raw milk 3.5% fat and cream containing 50% fat. The amounts are adjusted to result in a total 38% fat in the final product. Manufacturing inputs assumed as in yoghurt from Djekic et al. (2014).
