It has been assumed that the food processing industry is located in Denmark. Ingredients include only beans and water; sugar, salt etc., used for the brine are neglected. The drained beans have 27% dry mass while dry beans have 90% dry mass, therefore we calculated the amount of dry beans needed to obtain the required wet weight at 27% dry mass.
